    MEDICAL ACCREDITATION

    24th European Congress of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine and 9th Congress of Slovenian Society for Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine - ESPRM 2024, Ljubljana, Slovenia 23/04/2024 - 27/04/2024 has been granted 30.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).

    Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form. Cf. criteria 22 of UEMS 2023.07.

    The registration fee includes:

    • Payments should clearly state the participant's name
    • All payments should have the notification "ESPRM2024"
    • For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names
    • Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
    • VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee

    Confirmation of registration

    Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

    Cancellations and refunds

    All cancellations of conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than 15 February 2024 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of EUR 100. Refunds will be paid after the conference. No refunds or changes are possible after this date.

    Changes in registration

    Name and invoice changes should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of EUR 30 will be charged.

    Coffee breaks and lunch

    During session breaks, refreshments will be served free of charge to participants wearing conference badges.

    Language

    The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts must be submitted in English and all presentations must be delivered in English.

    Attendance certificate

    A certificate of attendance will be issued to all registered participants digitally after the conference.
